Chinese Rock Sugar
Hi DaaB,
Quoting from the recipe in BYO mag. 'In most instances, the barley sugars in Belgian triple ales are augmented with white, brown or candi sugar. For this version ypou will venture to the Far East for Chinese rock sugar' http://chinesefood.about.com/library/bl ... ksugar.htm is a picture of chinese rock sugar, does it look familiar? It also seems to be called rock sugar or yellow rock sugar.
Cheers, Mark
