Extended mash times

Me again :roll:

I'm just over 60mins into today's mash (having a go at eskimobob's stout recipe) and it looks like my sparge liquor won't be up to temperature on time for the end of 90mins.

Question is, if I leave it longer, all wrapped up in its cosy, what will be the effect (if any) on the resultant brew? Will the declining temperature cause problems?
