I have read on here somewhere the best way to condition beer for bottling is after it finished rack it off into another FV for a week or so.
Is this the best way? Also will there be enough yeast for the secondary fermentation in the bottles
Conditioning beer for bottling
Ah, secondary fermentation - one of the great controversies. Some people swear by racking a beer to a secondary vessel after a week and some don't bother. If anything the amount of debate simply shows that it probably doesn't make much difference either way. Personally, I think the risk of oxygenating the beer during racking is greater than any slight benefit you get by doing it.
I wouldn't worry about yeast though, a week in primary followed by a couple of weeks in secondary will still leave plenty of yeast for priming.
