I've been FORCED to do other things :(

So i'm running a mini mash trial. So far my guess on my oven has done ok up to the 60 min mark. Lost a couple of degrees. So i've topped up with boiling water to 65C and turned oven up a smidgen.
Quite pleased with lauter tun performance though. I get left with 6ooml in bottom.
Probably have more crap to attend to tomorrow night but monday is THE DAY. I hope... :?

AHA!!! At last.
Water's a boiling, ovens heating up. 8)
Just checking on my hop weights and i'm off to do my first AG.

Am having fun!

Grains doughed in and in the oven-i have checked after 10 mins 65C. 8)

I will check again in another 20 mins.

Gonna be a late night but a fun one :D
