I just took a trip to my local home brew shop (H&G) and ended up coming out with two bags full of gear.
4Kg MO pale malt
500g crystal Malt
500g torrified wheat
100g fuggles 3.8%
125g challenger 7%
White Labs WLP002 English Ale yeast
Funny thing is, I only went in to pick up a valve for my new mash tun.
Does anyone have a recipe suggestion that'd be worth a try?
