Preferred Brand of Maris Otter Malt?

Get advice on making beer from raw ingredients (malt, hops, water and yeast)

I use Fawcetts and Simpsons which is a Malt from the north east that is used by Roosters brewery in Knaresborough. My second place beer at the Northern Craft Brewers meeting was brewed with the Simpsons malt but I havent seen it in a LHB shop anywhere. I must say Sean at Roosters is very particular about his ingredients and I trust his judgement

I've used Fawcetts, Munton and Warminster Mo....can't say if any is better than the other.
