Messed up my fermentation?

I brewed a week ago and transfered the beer to a secondary fermenter at 4 days with a gravity of 1016. Starting gravity was 1044. Unfortunately I bashed the tap when moving it and made it leak. The following day, it was still bubbling at this stage, I transfered it to a bucket, fitted new tap and transfered it back again.
I don't think my beer is happy any more as it has not bubbled again since the transfers on Friday. Gravity reading today, Sunday, is still 1016. It is also plenty warm enough.
Question is, has it finished and should I bottle in a day or two? Or should I pitch some more yeast and try to start it again? :?
