Hi all,
First question, is there any reason beer should have problems clearing in a cornie keg as opposed to a king keg.
Second, how important is it to leave a beer in the FV for 10 days? Assuming the beer had fermented out in 2 or 3 days is there any reason to leave it in the FV any longer?
Third, Is it ok to add beer finings to beer in a keg which has started to carbonate but is not clearing?
Questions about conditioning and cornies?
Might be worth it, I don't see why its too late though.Gurgeh wrote:too late for this brew, but i would recommend sawing 1cm off the bottom of your long dip tube. make sure you seat the dip tube centrally when you replace it.
it'll save sucking up any hazing materials from the bottom of the cornie and will only cost you about a 1/4 pint of beer.
