Get advice on making beer from raw ingredients (malt, hops, water and yeast)

Searched and searched for a recipe but no luck....I know it uses styrian golding hops, but is it just these?......I can probably work out pale malt volume, but is there any crystal or torrified wheat in there.

Just thought.......on the other hand, might be better if it doesn't work or Fertilebert will never be away from the house!!

And another thought...IBUs.....Wychcraft isn't overly bitter and i might start by trying the low 20s.....any suggestions?
