Satan's Folly fined and ready

I'm in the quality control phase now. I have 15 psi inside the corny. With the tap I just poured a few ounces into a pint glass. This beer looks filtered. Finings won't make your beer taste better, but will make it look gorgeous fast. Soon it will go into my beer fridge at 10C. Very malty, with lush hop overtones. Some fruit as well, pineapple aromas, largely due to both the Amarillo and Centennial hops. This should be stunning on the engine.

Anyone tell what brewery the beer mat's from??
