Just tasted my first all grain very nice,only one thing I did not have any head on it, :? why is that ?as I like to have head. :shock:

Seriously though why didn't my beer give any head :shock: i've done it again,I think i'll refrase it,why didn't my beer produce froth when poured into glass,there that sounds better :D .

I left it to long there might not be enough yeast floating around to carbonate
DRB - your original prediction may have happened. Either not enough yeast or sugar left to ferment ? Possibly something else ( I'm no expert on bottled beer btw )

How are you dispensing? This can have an effect on head formation.

Bottled after 3 days,kept warm 2 weeks,been in cooler place 7 days slight cabonation, knot a bit of froth to see.

What did you use to prime the beer and how much did you use?

Brewers sugar can't remember how much either 1 or half a teaspoon.
