Lager Malt instead of Pale
I am going to make a Mild tomorrow and I've only got 5 3/4 lbs of Pale Malt instead of the 7 1/2 I need for the recipe. Am I ok to use Lager Malt to make up the diffference?

Go for it. The differences in flavour will be completely overcome by your choice of hops and yeast (he said as the person who made mild with Hallertau hops
)
