Don't know if this has been discussed or if anyone's interested but a new series starts tonight on channel 4 at 10pm called "Neil Morrissey’s Risky Business" and it follows Neil Morrissey and his mate who set up their own micro brewery and pub business from scratch with no brewing knowledge. Could be interesting. Not sure it will involve the sciebnce of brewing much but should be interesting all the same.
