Head Retention

Hello all i have been using caramalt for a while now in my brews & have noticed i am getting exceptional head retention in my brews.I serve through my beer engines with cask breather low co2 level & getting similar level of head retention i got when using my nitro gas set-up any one else finding this when using caramalt ?

I found Carapils is good for head retention too which I think it's the same as Carafoam......

That explains why my Blonde Ninja lager came out like shaving foam lol
