hi. is there anyone in the suffolk area willing to let me & a friend watch (+ help out as well if required) them do a batch of beer from start to finish. we have made a few kits up now & want to progress to ag & thought watching would be of more help than just reading from books etc. thanks in advance

I might be brewing again next weekend (the 29th/30th of November) if I get the front bedroom curtain rail done on my day off on Tuesday

I did bottle two batches this afternoon though - the Dunkel Hefeweizen and an Oatmeal Stout.

thanks very much. weekends are best for us & sunday is best day as will be working on some saturdays in jan. i work for myself but my mate has a real job
