Bottling from the barrel

Greetings one and all.

I barrelled my beer fairly recently. I primed the barrel with the sugar etc etc....... As the beer is now into its secondary fermentation AND as I've primed the barrel am I ok to bottle the beer after a week or two longer? Or, is bottling not possible now the barrel was primed? Please help! Cheers.
