PoP is that a plastic water container you are using for a fermenting vessel?,and if it is,is that a tap connected to it?(if so how did you attatch the tap?)

I basically work out my efficiency at the end of the boil once everything is collected. If I have lost wort due to boil, trub etc and need to top up then this is going to lower my OG which means that for a given volume I have a specific efficiency. Might not be the way to work it out, but it works for me :)

OB, as DaaB has said, it is a Better Bottle. When I bought it, I was blinded by all the American talk. It seemed like a great alternative to a glass Carboy. While I like it, it was way too expensive for what it is. I would never recomend anybody to buy one when a normal plastic bucket does the job just as well!!!
