Not Enough Alcohol - nightmare!

Get advice on making beer from raw ingredients (malt, hops, water and yeast)

Yeh 25 litres of wort can be a bit heavy! and the odd spillage can occur, filling each fermentor to 3 quarters full can make it easier!
