Todays brew is this one, I am calling it XLIX

3.5kg pale malt
400g crystal malt
400g flaked rice
250g wheat malt
200g flaked maize

90 minute mash at 66ºC in 10 litres liquor

25g Target 10.5 % alpha acid 60 minute boil
10g Goldings 4% alpha acid last 15 minutes of boil
5g irish moss last 15 minutes of boil

The mash has 25 mins left to run and the sparge liquor is heating up nicely :D

All done :)
No disasters to report :)
I ended up with 24 litres at an SG of 1050 :D
If my sums are correct that gives 84% efficiency
I think that a very slow sparge may account for this :?
Let's hope I win the corny I'm bidding for on ebay so that it can have a good home
