Especially with the SG calculator I was wondering if the results returned look correct, for example I was surprised how high the FG would be for a brew from all Crystal Malt
I'm just trying to get a handle on "what does what" to my beer, what ferments down completely, what ferments very little and adds body, etc etc. Also anything which imparts poor flavour and should be avoided.
