Hi, i bottled a lager a couple of weeks ago and decided to have a taste last night as it had cleared beautifully. Although i think it may have been bottled too soon after fementation as when i opened the top it shot out like a fountain

and all the sediment had been disturbed thus leaving a very cloudy 3 quarter pint of lager (which tasted alright).
Can the bottles be opened and the lager poured into a keg to try and reduce the carbonation or would it suffer an airborn infection in doing this?
