Brewing Des's cream ale today, mashing as I type the only change i've made are the hops as I dont have any of the ones he used, so just going to use what i,ve got in house ,whitbread goldings, fuggle, styrian goldings and I think i've got a bit of brambling cross .Needs to be about 20 ibu/ebu anyone got any ideas of what to use,I was thinking about just using whitbread goldings.

My personal choice would be the Styrian's but anything except the Bramling Cross should be fine.

Used the styrians as you suggested,I had a small problem today, when running the brew from the boiler my strainer got clogged and no amount of scraping it cleard it ,so I had to tip the remaing brew in via a sieve, hope I dont get an infection.
