really, oh well I'm ok then, I think I had one in '97 so it's only 10 years...

anyway, thoughts of injury disappear when you see that the beer fairies have been having a total orgy in your brew during the night.

I have skimmed this twice already.

I finally have a beer pavlova!! whoo hoo!!!

seriously Andy, the whole house reeks of liquoricey coffee, the stench is unbelievable, and I ferment in....wait for it....the bedroom, maybe I shouldn't call it a stench as I like it.

my wife is so understanding, how I get away with it I don't know, but it's the only room in the house that keeps a steady temperature and is out of the way of two cats and a very inquisitive 2 year old.

That looks amazing - hope you enjoy it as much as I did (remember that it will need a fair amount of aging to let some of the hops mellow out).

I've just run out of stout so I may have to give this recipe another bash :)

Mine was the same, I only got the pavlova for a few hours and was gone in the morning. 8)
