suspiciously going well

Post by ColinKeb » Fri Mar 02, 2007 2:45 pm

ive just brewed my second batch of biere de garde , all grain and to be honest the first batch was a bit of a disaster one thing went wrong after another. this batch has gone suspicously smoothly :? its half one and im just cooling it off to go in to the fermeneter. something has got to go wrong somewhere it always does! gravity is spot on , yeast is starting nicely ,what else is there to go wrong ?
