the few beers ive done have been either blond or dark so would like something with a bit of colour and a bit hoppy so how about this,(apologies in advance if recipe is crap as i usually do clones)

4kg marris otter
0.5kg roasted barley
0.5kg wheat malt
mash @66c 90mins
10g Nelson Sauvin 90 mins
20g Nelson Sauvin 10 mins
30g Nelson Sauvin 5 mins
40g Nelson Sauvin 0 mins
yeast so4 pitched at 28c and stuck in fermenting fridge at 19c
hopefully finsished by wednesday, crash cool wednesday night, keg thursday, off on jollies, drink the following week

All looks good apart from the Roasted barley, thats gonna be a stout, Unless thats what you wanted?
Ruduce the RB to about .1kg for a bit of colour.
Nelson hops are great, just get it bottled asap to let them mellow.

Yes either drop the roasted barley right down or replace with crystal malt. Going to be dodgy fermenting at 28C, possibly off-flavours, but good luck anyway.
