Enjoying these last-minute brews, today's is something based on DaaB's version of Summer Lightning, lightened-up due to lack of malt and called Thunderstruck as a nod to the 2 random strikes of lightning that happened on my previous 2 brewdays, both just as the mash had gone in
Its a sign alright...
Mash well underway and holding steady around the 65.6 mark

Attenuation: 75.0%

Original Gravity: 1.042 (1.040 - 1.048)

13.0 g Goldings (BruPaks) (5.8%) - added during boil, boiled 5 min
1 tsp Whirlfloc Tablets (Irish moss) - added during boil, boiled 15 min
7 g Goldings (BruPaks) (5.8%) - steeped after boil
15 g Fermentis US-05 Safale US-05

Excellent, I'm quite partial to a bit of GFB

and trying to get a stock of summer beer ready for the no-brew months.
Sparge nearly finished...

What would the efficiency be? I got 29 Litres at 1039...

did you temperature correct the hydro reading?

It read 1037 at 28°c, so I added 2 points to compensate
