jelly frogspawn in my beer

That about sums it up. I am presuming it is as a result of the gelatine I used but never had it before.

Right here goes the info bit. using a top tap king keg and a TTL ag added the gelatine to the boiled beer and priming sugar and then to barrel 6 weeks ago.

Tapped the barrel clear as a bell lovely, two days later beer cloudy and jelly monsters in it along with white floaters you some times get in pub beer, pressure had risen so maybe secondary fermentation has lifted these critters from the depths. drew a few pints it cleared.

Again tonight same thing, beer does not taste bad at all just jelly monsters and floaters in the odd pint. crystal clear now.

Is it infected with dreaded jelly monster bacteria? or just the gelatine having a laugh?

Probably the gelatine, but there is a bacterial infection which causes 'ropiness' - jelly like ropes in the beer. I should imagine the taste would be affected though so it's more likely to be your finings if it tastes ok.
