I wouldn't think twice if this was salt for cooking... or a vitamin., but the stakes are higher as 50 pints of beer could be at risk!
Just started getting a brew on and noticed my tub of Burton Water Salts have a best before date of Nov 2011 and the Yeast Vit has a best before date of Dec 2011.
What is the view, treat is as a "best" before date and use anyway, or would it be safer to skip.
Thanks,
Adam

Eek! Post them to me and I'll safely dispose of them (in my next brew, and the one after that...).
I brew therefore I ... I .... forget
