hop strainer

I use an electrim mash tun, and was wondering if there is a hop strainer available similar to the Bruheat device. Also are sparging arms useful? Also can anyone recommend a suitable water testing kit?I am getting back into home brewing after 20years, and am catching up with how things have moved on since i last brewed, so I might be asking plenty of questions.Cheers

many thanks.I've been on the H&G website and ordered one.Another question concering yeast. Are dried yeasts okay or do most people use liquid yeasts? I notice the liquid yeasts are around £5, is it possible to save as a culture after use, or do you have to buy a new one everytime you make a brew?

folk usually spit the yeast five ways, store them in the fridge and make starters from them, making it as cheap as a packet of dry yeast
