Hi garth have you tried any of your brew yet??

Supping some more of my second SNPA clone again tonight, its still cloudy but im enjoying it anyway. It really nice but i have to reiterate that it isn't SNPA, i think wilbur is right in his latest thinking about switching the Perle from 60 mins to 15 mins for more flavour then i think it would be nailed on.

I've tried mixing it with my SNPA on steroids (first attempt) with the perle at 60 mins and together they are pretty damn close to SNPA.

not tried it yet db, it's been 10 days in primary so it may get stuck in the barrel over the weekend,

I used US-05 it had a huge really creamy head on for 6 days then it just suddenly vanished, looks quite clear now and smells much more cascade-y than the first attempt

will report back when sneaky sample has been sneakily sampled...
