wow, lotta work there, great effort.
I have always used UK-Homebrew Horden Billys guide, in the Links tab. it keeps me on the straight and narrow and is a great aid on brew day.

I've only done 3 AG so far, and this is really helpful. I'm improving my ph on each one, and it's getting better.

This is exactly why I'm on this forum. As someone about to plunge into their first all grain brew this is gold.
Never thought about dead space , just that is brilliant. Many thanks. Now if someone could do a newbie guide to water I'd be laughing!
