Well not holding out my hopes comparing my skills to all you on here, but i'll certainly drink some after 9 days....whether it's palatable enough to drink a whole pint remains to be seen!

It finally reached 1012 this morning so racked off to a secondary fermenter with an airlock. It certainly had a hoppy aroma so I think you are right Daab and I may have got away with it.

At this rate I don't think i'll be challenging the 9 day brew though!
