There is a new dry yeast from fermentis, of saf... range, WB06 which is meant to be a dry wheat yeast, a proper one this time...

It isn't available in stores yet so there isn't any info on how it goes so far that I'm aware of.
The Brewferm wheat yeast or k97 as it's sometimes sold as doesn't really go well for a hefe for me. Better served as a german ale yeast.

Thanks all - sounds like I should have enough information to get me through. I ordered all the ingredients last week with the hope of brewing this weekend but it now looks like I may have to work :cry: Anway, some more time for research and I will let you know how things progress and maybe even a few pics if it goes smoothly.
