Bread in the beer ( Toast Ale )

Yeah I got salt in the finish. The bread they are using will have salt in it, sufficient to come through in the finished beer.

Having tried Toast's beer myself a few weeks ago, there was a definite slight salty tang at the end of the taste - are you getting any of that?

Not perceived any salty taste in the two pints I have just supped
need to get hold of a bottle ot the toast ale for research

its quite a normal beer I think
might try a brew using Soreen malt loaf for the malty taste
