Advice on storage.

Post by coops » Mon Aug 08, 2016 9:46 pm

Evening all.

Not posted or brewed for a while due to being away.

Im going to be a Tribute Clone from the Malt Miller in the next few days let it ferment while Im away on holiday then put in my King Keg. The only issue I will have is that I will not be able to drink it till February next year (perks of the job).

Will it be ok left in the King Keg for around 6 months and will it loose any flavour? Any advice would be appreciated.
Drinking: Tea!!!
