Mash Temperature 64C
Boil Duration 90 minutes
Pale Malt 2500g (Halcyon 3.0 SRM)
Flaked Barley 1000g (1.7 SRM)
Roasted Barley 400g (300 SRM)
Fuggles 43g @ 6.1% AA (for last 60 mins) 33.9 IBU
Irish Moss 5g (for last 15 mins)
Target OG 1051 Actual OG 1047
Target FG 1013 Actual FG 10??
Target IBU 33.9
Target SRM 23.8
Going to change the fuggles to 48g because mine are 5.5%, does that seem right?
Also just to check ive done the sparge figures right for 19litres.
Wort required 25.9
2quantities 13l
Batch 1 17.9
Mash liquor 9.75
Top up with 8.15
Batch 2 = 13l
