Whats CAP?

It is very much a style being kept alive by homebrewers. Even the BJCP style guidelines only list 'occasional brewery seasonals' or something along those lines as commercial examples.
A mate of mine makes them frequently, changing the hops but keeping, after some experimentation, to 30% maize, and they are very nice.
