Which finings are people using .. ?

Get advice on making beer from raw ingredients (malt, hops, water and yeast)

Moss in the boil for the last 15 mins and gelatine (ive been dissolving sheets in the priming liquor cos i couldnt get powder) at barreling and all of my beers (all 2 of em) ave come out really bright.
But im extract brewing... Does AG pose trickier issues?
