Olde Ale - 2 Gallons

Its now 6 months since doing this mini brew - Durden London Mild (SG 1070).

I thought at first it was a disaster, too pale and little or no flavour. However after 6 months of maturing in my mini barrel it tastes fantastic....patience.....patience !!

This brew is for sipping in small quantities and gently falling asleep

I would still prefer a darker colour, but was well worth the wait for this ancient brew.
