The mash tun is very full with a 10 gallon mash it holds temp ok, I do put a few towels round it just to help heat loss. The brewery is coming along ok, ive just added a tap on the garage roof so i can fill my boiler on top of the fridge, see first pic, ive fitted a flexi hose so i can dangle it in the boiler.

I bought a very large fridge if you remember 2nd hand but it bust after 2 weeks, then someone at work was selling one so i bought that, it was the perfect hight for the boiler. it was just luck.
The cornie collection is coming along nicely thanks to norm. Ive usually have 2 bitters on, a larger and a cider. My neighbours thinks it great when we have a party. Its all pumped thought into the conservatory.

Man you've got it made 8) do you use beer coolers under that bar?
If you think that's late brewing - I only just finished :) this may have been due to a brewing/ poker combination however....

I have a little haze yes, but when I used to sparge I did it until I had enought liquid, Now I know you should stop sparging when the gravity is at 1006 or so. But if you look at the pic of my pint the haze is not that bad
