If your getting over 70% then you've cracked it =D> 3 brews to shake down a system isn't bad

Am really glad I brought enough ingredients to do lots of brews in rapid succession. Meant that my mistakes where still fresh in my mind, first AG on Thursday, second AG on Saturday and my third today (Sunday). Now I have to sit here waiting for the damn things to finish fermenting! (Well, I'm waiting to chill the 3rd one at the moment, have the Wort chiller sterilising)..

Doing them back to back is definitely the way to learn quickly, and of course the fine folk on this forum :D

AG #3 has just gone into the fermenter and the yeast has been pitched. Only ended up with 4 gallons when I was shooting for 4.5, but a lot better all round. The OG was 1051, which for such a small grain bill I'm quite happy with.

Thanks again for all help and assistance.

Good work that man! Looks like you've got it dialed in now.

Now there's just the worst bit to come.....the waiting period!
