CAP again

Get advice on making beer from raw ingredients (malt, hops, water and yeast)

I've never been one for trying to recreat a particular beer I try to keep to basic guide lines like not two much crystal ie and stay within the yeast for the style and temperature range again just an example.
Many a mistake has turned out well and a good lesson learned .
The all challenger hop in the CAP gave a well balanced malt to hop profile
and was suprisingly not out of place in that style .
I would not hesitate to do it again weather willing as my chest freezer finally gave up the ghost
