Brew day 23/5/7 'Total Eclipse'

Get advice on making beer from raw ingredients (malt, hops, water and yeast)

I reckon i didn't put in quite enough bittering hops. or it's a little sweet despite being at 1.012

Obviously the vanilla isn't helping, but i thought i might take some out, boil it up with some hops, then transfer the lot to keg.

stop me... please!

Its too late the beer is taking over

I only wanted one corny keg, the shiney stuff is too appealing!
Fermenter(s): Lambic, Wheat beer, Amrillo/Cascade Beer
Cornys: Hobgoblin clone, Four Shades Stout, Wheat Beer, Amarillo/Cascade Ale, Apple Wine, Cider, Damson Wine, Ginger Beer
