Looks good! Tempted with the free yeast :lol:. The websites good, hope to see a couple of beers make thier way down south!

Hello Brewmeister!
I'm always interested in how the different micros ferment and condition their beer before bottling, and how this compares to the homebrew scene.
Id love to hear your steps in this process, e.g. how long do you usually ferment? how long do you condition before bottling? is this done in a bright tank? etc.
