Hi CB,
I just don't have the room to store the corny's somewhere cool...I'll just have to make do
The good thing about corny's is their shinyness...oooh I got distracted there
I meant to say there lack of bulk and resilience to being pranged

Vossy, with all your CFC building expertise, couldn't you come up with some sort of fancy water cooled jacket to put round them?

Easily CB
But this is my back bedroom where I sometimes sleep when the missus is catching flies noisily
I'm already in dangerous territory....imagine that space with 10 more shiny corny's......just imagine
I suppose I could always get a water bed and store them in there

I sometimes have the same problem you seem to be having (production outstriping consumption). Anyway, your beer should be ok at room temperature. What you really want to avoid is big temperature swings and of course really hot (like we have here in the summer) is bad. I would submit however that the lower gravity, lower hopped beers will get into trouble before the heavy, highly hopped ales.
I have always found that increasing consuption is easily done by just inviting some of my beer buddies over. The only problem with that solution though is that my dear wife has a great big problem with a couple of them. I would rather my wife beat me up a little though rather than watching any of my precious nectar go bad.

You definately need a shed with a cellar... just dig down three foot, brick round the outside, concrete the base, and fit a trap door!

I'm trying my best BW

but tonight I was forced to tap one of the 2 corny's that are out of picture in a purpose built kegerator
It holds 4 corny's but I thought the temptation might be less if I only put 2 in there
CB, you're not wrong

Is the Butane bottle a standby for when you run out of CO2??
The results the morning after could be truly devastating!!
