Hi everyone talking about Hop&Grain suppliers i met i great guy this year called Rob at the craft brewrs compiton in skipton he runs a great web site called the Malt Miller and let me tell you i bought some chinook hops and some sicoe hops from him and when i came to use them they where super fresh and that sticky resin feel that we all look for when we buy hops and the hops a bought from the malt miller where super sticky. The price of his hops and malts are very reasonbly priced, Rob get's his malts from a very well known and respected malster called Thomas Fawcett and sons i urge you folks to give the Malt Miller web site a shot.

Your right i have not been on for a while due to setting up my own 2&half barrel micro brewery wich involves brew courses at brewlabs sunderland i then i went down to skipton for a craft brewing compition. When i got back i have done nothing but brew so i have came on to catch up.Iam glad that other people have found Rob's stock as good as i found out but guesse the ingreadents do they own talking.I had not even heard about the Malt Miller i only found about Rob when i went to skipton but iam glad i met him.The people i use as my hop&grain suppliers are Hop&Grape,BarlyBottom and now Malt Miller

How did you do? i know that the calibur of the ale was high this year, this was my first compition in brewing i have ever entered before i had two my ales scored 46 0ut of sixty wich apperently was a good score from one of the organizer of the compition he mentioned anything over a score of 40 was a good pint! iam looking forward to the next gathering.
