Well done paul your store looks sh*t hot!! i have just made a nutty mild using malts from the malt miller and i had excellent effiency wich normally means i got a good balance of white to husk with grain i bought good job ROB!!.I belive that today homebrew stores should have a good selection of typical british malts and hops but there should also have a good selection of the more exotic malts and hops and i think at times a good blend of modern malts and hops with the classic malts and hops make a very interesting pint so welldone Barly Bottom, Malt Miller,Hop&Grape.

Just been into easy homebrew in Ashford Kent http://www.easyhomebrew.co.uk and they now stock grains,Marris Otter is £23 for a 25kg sack and Lager Malt is £25 a sack also they have wide range of hops that are £1.80 per 100grms,Ian in the shop is a keen AG brewer and told me that they will be stocking some liquid yeasts. They will now be my source of ingredients as they are near to my home and I prefer to support a local shop if possible.
