Perhaps it doesn't like my Mac

Now I've seen the results I'm glad I can't

Fermentation has restarted, just needed a bit more warmth 8)

Just hope the initial mad fermentation wasn't conducted at too high a temp. it went from 1060 to 1020 in 2 days

Sample tasted during gravity reading was lovely though :D

I had a racing fermentation last brew. Household women insisting that the central heating be at melting point. Ferment hit 23-24c and 2x5gals went from 1052 to 1020 in 2 days and stopped. Racked off and into secondaries for 10 days, fined one, other was clear, then into pressure barrels. Gravity sloooowly dropping but the sods are now sulking in the shed, now refusing to clear properly . I suspect that the cloudier of the two is suffering from 'Kingkeg float drop-off' resulting in the pickup pipe resting in sediment instead of floating near the top. If not much clearing occurs by the weekend, it's off with the cap to investigate.

You can get a D-link usb dongle thingy that is supported by Mac OS and will add bluetooth if you want it. It's model DBT-120 and there's a few on ebay right now. You need specifically this model.

This seller has some and I've bought from him before
