what a great idea, you'll almost certainly have to up the amount of water a tad but hey, the wifes game (so the vicar tells me).

That picture got me in the brewing mood DaaB!

Took a lunchtime stroll to the LHBS in Farnborough and replenished my Challenger hops supplies for the SL clone brew I need to do.

I'll be using the brupaks CRS/DLS water treatment stuff for this one and will follow the Durden Park recipe from the Craft Brewers Association website B) Plus I'll be giving the mash bed a good stir a few mins before runoff to try and banish my stuck mashes!
