It would be the same yeast yes but it should be working vigorously so should get your fermentation off to a good start

Don't think you could get into any trouble. All you are doing is expressing an opinion!

I wouldn't worry about it too much, anyone that believes everything they read as gospel on the Internet or forums is asking for trouble ;)

However don't just slag them off like saying "there Crap" as its no use to any one.

Be truthful and articulate about your experiences with them, that way we can make informed choices as to whether we deal with them or not.

For instance in the corny links I’ve seen a number of people say one of the States suppliers are bad with communications and delivery speed how ever generally people seam to get there order. This is much better then some people say I wouldn't use them again their rubbish and some going they were OK!
You know from the useful answers that if you use them you are unlikely to get replies to mail and the order will take longer than you expect but you should get it. If all you had to go on was a few they rubbish and one there OK what do you do especially if you’re desperate for a bit of kit!

Just my thoughts.

About slagging stuff off on the web … I've often wondered how this guy is able to get away with this website dedicated to his least favourite pub :o

I think the pub in question is usually pretty busy (they are right in front of a big tourist attraction - Avebury), so they probably just laugh it off.
